Pebbles Project
Flairs started working with the Pebbles Project at the beginning of 2016 at one of their farm’s aftercare facilities with their Rope Skipping program. The youth excelled in the sport, winning medals a few months after starting at the Flairs Speed Challenge. In 2017 the project grew to Flairs servicing two farm’s aftercare facilities and the youth started taking part in the Western Cape and SAGF Rope Skipping competitions, winning medals at the events.
Many of the youth are affected by foetal-alcohol syndrome and the youth involved in the project have seen a great improvement academically and physically from being involved in this program.
